Jose Baez is the Owner and Operator of Pinnacle Roofing Group, LLC. Jose and his family have lived in North Texas since 2000. He grew up an Army Brat in Killeen, TX. Jose learned how to serve others through his dad's example of serving in the Army for 26 years. Jose recognized and understood the importance of respect, honor, family, and integrity at a very young age. He continues to put this into practice in his personal and professional life.
Jose became a successful banker and regional manager with a local bank. He worked as a Branch Manager, Loan Officer, and Relationship Manager. He met his wife, Leyla in 2002. Leyla is also a successful business owner and serves the DFW area as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Jose and Leyla have lived in the Alliance/Fort Worth area since 2007, with their 3 boys, Jacob, Jaxon and Levi, and their dog Ringo.
After a 20-year career in banking, Jose was led by faith to a career change in 2021. He encountered business owners daily. He admired their dedication and freedom. Jose had always wanted to become a business owner. This was when he decided it was finally time to launch his own business.
He became a subcontractor first, and when it was time, Jose created Pinnacle Roofing Group.
